Built for recruiters, hr teams and small-business owners who hire
CV Screener is a web-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to help recruiters and small businesses shortlist job candidates. A user enters the role, the must-have and nice-to-have criteria, and pastes up to eight CVs. CV Screener ranks the candidates from strongest to weakest match and gives a score out of 100 for each, with a short quote from the CV behind every point and a note when something is not stated. It is told to judge only job-related evidence and to ignore name, age, gender, photo and origin, and it never rejects anyone, because a person makes every hiring decision. It also writes interview questions and candidate emails. Every account receives 10 free credits each month with no payment details required. A shortlist costs 3 credits, a single CV review, interview questions or candidate emails cost 1 credit each. The Plus plan includes 150 credits per month for $9 and the Pro plan includes 600 credits per month for $24.
It is told to quote the CV and to say 'not stated' instead of guessing. Open the CV and check.
It never rejects anyone. It is told to ignore name, age, gender, photo and origin, but AI can still be wrong or biased, so read the CVs of people it ranks low too.
We do not keep the CVs you paste. The text is sent to an AI service to produce the result. Check your local data-protection rules and tell candidates how you process their CVs.
Each result is a draft to support your judgement, not a verdict.

When I get dozens of applications, I want to see which candidates fit my criteria and why, so I can invite the right people without reading every CV for hours.

Paste up to 8 CVs with your criteria and read a ranked list in about a minute.
You liked candidate 3 but cannot say why when your manager asks.
Every score comes with quotes from the CV, so you can show your reasoning.
After screening you still have to write interview questions and emails.

Not yet. Paste the text of each CV, separated by a line with only three dashes. PDF upload is planned.
